Junior Marketplace Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop new product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, Shop Apotheke, eBay, and TikTok Shop, while also managing existing listings.

• Generate and enhance product content, featuring SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and A+ Content.

• Ensure that product data, variants, pricing, and other relevant information are consistently updated.

• Track essential metrics such as Account Health, Buy Box status, product availability, and inventory levels.

• Initiate and independently follow up on cases with marketplace support, addressing issues like suppressed listings or content errors.

• Apply marketplace-specific content requirements and necessary adjustments.

• Compile reports detailing sales, rankings, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the PPC/Ads, Graphics, Content, and Supply Chain teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplaces like eBay, Shop Apotheke, or TikTok Shop is advantageous.

• A meticulous and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage extensive product data effectively.

• Strong understanding of digital processes, data management, and relationships within the e-commerce sector.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• An independent and solution-oriented work style.
