This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of team revenue, profitability, Net Profit Margin, and overall business unit performance.
• Create and sustain a stable, productive, and high-performing team.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured one-on-one meetings, feedback, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in hiring, onboarding, staffing, team composition, and talent-related decisions.
• Track provider and team performance using KPIs, dashboards, and operating systems.
• Identify risks related to performance, capacity, retention, and operations, and formulate corrective measures.
• Uphold clinical, documentation, scheduling, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Clinical Excellence to address training and competency deficiencies.
• Oversee workflows, priorities, accountability, and execution throughout the team.
• Cultivate financial acumen and understanding of staffing, production, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Enhance leadership judgment, communication, and decision-making skills for independent Lead-level responsibilities.
• Exercise supervisory authority over direct reports and progressively increase authority regarding business unit P&L, hiring, performance management, team composition, FTE, productive capacity, workflows, and operational execution.
• Performance assessment is based on Team Net Profit Margin, Team Revenue, Team Retention, and Productive Capacity.
• Proven leadership readiness with the ability to coach, develop, influence, and lead others effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment coupled with clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and utilize performance data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Strong business and operational judgment.
• Interest and capability in financial and business unit performance.
• Proficient in identifying problems, taking action, and appropriately escalating higher-level issues.
• Coachable and able to accept and implement feedback.
• Demonstrated professional maturity and effectiveness in high-accountability environments.
• Ability to work with increasing levels of independence.
• Candidates must showcase the necessary capabilities for the Junior Lead role.
• Responsibilities dependent on credentials must adhere to applicable credential, licensure, and scope-of-practice requirements.
• Junior Leads are required to complete a minimum of four quarters in the role before being eligible for evaluation for promotion to Lead.
• Extended periods of sitting and computer work are required.
