Junior Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on legislation, regulatory frameworks, and legal obligations across various jurisdictions.

• Compile organized findings for ongoing cases and projects.

• Draft and review commercial contracts, legal memoranda, and compliance documents.

• Assist in licensing and regulatory processes.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on business operations.

• Contribute to compliance and other regulatory initiatives.

• Engage in international and cross-border legal issues.

• Provide research, drafting, and administrative legal assistance throughout project phases.

• Manage professional communications with clients, regulators, and external partners.

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, incorporate feedback, and undertake increasingly complex legal tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.

• Proficient command of written and spoken English, adequate for legal research, document preparation, and professional business communication.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Methodical and organized approach to documentation, with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet established deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate successfully.

• Responsible and proactive work ethic.

• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing legal knowledge.

• Flexibility and readiness to engage with unfamiliar topics, jurisdictions, and new regulatory challenges.

• Previous practical experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role would be advantageous.

• Exposure to corporate, commercial, international, or IT law would be beneficial.

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be considered a plus.
