Junior Job Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Join the Coaching Department following a post-training phase that emphasizes work tools.

• Assist the organization's employees in managing their careers.

• Evaluate needs concerning CVs and cover letters.

• Identify and execute skills development strategies.

• Analyze skill sets, assess requirements, and perform skills evaluations.

• Support the creation of professional projects.

• Keep track of effective job-search techniques.

• Guide candidates throughout the entire job-search process.

• Revise, create, and compose traditional, visual, or innovative CVs and cover letters.

• Customize CVs and cover letters for specific target audiences.

• Offer training and advice on professional networking.

• Prepare candidates for recruitment interviews.

• Provide instruction in behavioral and communication techniques.

• Equip candidates for presentations, elevator pitches, and workplace protocols.

• Collaborate with the Administration, Training, and Projects departments on administrative follow-ups, training needs, employee projects, and skills development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or training in Coaching, Human Resources, Public Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a business school.

• Proficiency in office productivity applications.

• Experience with Google Workspace is advantageous, particularly Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

• Strong listening and analytical abilities.

• Persuasive and diplomatic interpersonal skills.

• Enjoys collaborating as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• French language proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.

• Comfortable with remote work arrangements.

• Availability for at least two mandatory weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams.

• Completion of an internship or volunteer role as part of training, professional development, employment integration, career transition, or retraining initiatives.

• Minimum commitment of 20% required.
