This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Classify, prioritize, and address incoming service requests with a solution-focused mindset.

• Evaluate current IT infrastructures and customer settings to uncover opportunities for enhancement.

• Deliver remote support to customers and work collaboratively with colleagues on various projects.

• Manage incidents, change requests, and general inquiries effectively.

• Develop clear and practical documentation and guides for both colleagues and customers.

• Propose ideas and further enhance services and project workflows.

• Execute tasks and projects independently, systematically, and with a sense of responsibility.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Windows client/server environments and cloud systems.

• Enthusiasm for the ongoing development of products and the strategic vision of INVENTRY.

• Strong practical approach and hands-on mentality.

• Openness to learning new subjects and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification.

• A collaborative team player who is eager to tackle new challenges.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
