Junior IT Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute IT governance functions, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create management reports.

• Assist in the implementation and oversight of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Aid in the identification and monitoring of IT risks and control measures.

• Support the organization and documentation of governance processes, procedures, and evidence.

• Contribute to compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align processes with strategic goals.

• Support initiatives focused on compliance, internal controls, and best practices in IT governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Basic understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL.

• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and internal control processes.

• Knowledge in report preparation and KPI tracking.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Previous experience in corporate IT settings is advantageous.

• Must be a resident of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
