Junior Invoice Processing Specialist – Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Management of electronic invoice circulation within the ELO and IT.Capture systems.

• Handling email inboxes for sending transfer invoices.

• Inputting and processing electronic invoices received via email in the IT.Capture system.

• Working with templates in IT.Capture, including adding new contractors and correcting errors.

• Engaging with external companies to increase the volume of electronic invoices.

• Collaborating on improving the internal invoice flow.

• Verifying and confirming suppliers' bank account details in accordance with procedures.

• Completing additional tasks related to confirming bank accounts as assigned by a supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level, enabling smooth communication in an international environment.

• Proficiency in Polish at a B2 level.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Initial professional experience in a similar role is preferred (internships, traineeships).

• Familiarity with SAP or other financial and accounting software will be an additional advantage.
