Junior Invoice Processing Specialist – Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Management of the electronic invoice circulation using ELO and IT.Capture systems

• Oversight of email inboxes for sending payment invoices

• Inputting and processing electronic invoices received via email in the IT.Capture system

• Working with templates in IT.Capture, including adding new contractors and correcting errors

• Communication with external companies to increase the number of electronic invoices

• Collaboration on improving the internal invoice circulation process

• Verifying and confirming suppliers' bank accounts in accordance with procedures

• Performing additional tasks related to the confirmation of bank accounts as assigned by the supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at the B2 level, enabling smooth communication in an international environment

• Proficiency in Polish at the B2 level

• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel

• Previous experience in a similar role (internships, traineeships) is a plus

• Familiarity with the SAP system or other financial-accounting software will be an additional advantage
