Junior Invoice Processing Specialist – Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Management of the electronic invoice flow using ELO and IT.Capture systems

• Administration of email inboxes for sending transfer invoices

• Inputting and processing electronic invoices received via email in the IT.Capture system

• Working with templates in IT.Capture, including adding new contractors and correcting errors

• Liaising with external companies to increase the number of electronic invoices

• Collaborating on improving the internal invoice flow

• Verifying and confirming suppliers' bank account details in accordance with procedures

• Performing additional tasks related to confirming bank accounts as assigned by the supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level, enabling effective communication in an international environment

• Proficiency in Polish at a B2 level

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

• Previous experience in a similar role (internships, traineeships) is a plus

• Familiarity with SAP or other financial-accounting software will be an additional advantage
