This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Efficiently and accurately create high-quality 3D interior renderings.
• Convert design direction, floor plans, elevations, inspiration imagery, and specifications into visual presentations.
• Produce renderings for various environments, including residential, hospitality, and commercial.
• Quickly revise renderings as designs progress.
• Interpret and understand architectural and CAD drawings.
• Assist in space planning and the preparation of design documentation.
• Conduct research on furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, plumbing, hardware, materials, accessories, artwork, and other FF&E.
• Identify products that meet project aesthetics, dimensions, performance, budget, lead time, and intended-use criteria.
• Explore alternative products when selections are unavailable, exceed budget, or are unsuitable.
• Maintain comprehensive product information, including dimensions, finishes, pricing, lead times, vendor details, links, and technical specifications.
• Create and manage project specification books.
• Organize specifications for designers, architects, contractors, installers, purchasing teams, and project partners.
• Ensure consistency across drawings, specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation.
• Track procurement through delivery and installation processes.
• Monitor quotes, approvals, purchase orders, deposits/payments, production status, shipping, receiving, damages, backorders, replacements, and installation status.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, samples, and lead times.
• Identify and report delays, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Maintain accurate project records.
• Research and establish accounts with vendors, manufacturers, and trade contacts.
• Complete account applications and organize necessary documentation.
• Maintain vendor contacts, account information, discount structures, ordering requirements, minimums, and trade program details.
• Communicate with vendor representatives regarding pricing, availability, samples, specifications, lead times, and orders.
• Strong skills in 3D interior rendering with a demonstrated portfolio.
• Licensed Interior Designer.
• Ability to efficiently produce renderings and make revisions without a cumbersome workflow.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and CAD drawings.
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, scale, proportion, materials, finishes, and spatial relationships.
• Excellent skills in internet research and product investigation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, project trackers, shared drives, and cloud-based systems.
• Strong written communication skills in English and professional vendor interactions.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable receiving design direction and translating it into completed work without constant supervision.
