This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Create lead magnets, experiment with new formats, and assess initiatives using data.
• Develop and oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing cost per lead.
• Technically implement webinar workflows, including Webflow, creative assets, and newsletter distribution.
• Manage the editorial calendar for content assets and produce engaging content.
• Present data visually and effectively communicate key findings.
• Maintain contacts and workflows within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Linda to build nurturing workflows.
• Prepare for industry events and trade shows, evaluating the outcomes.
• Enhance getpress’s visibility in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar services.
• Conduct initial calls with potential clients and manage the pipeline in the Sales Manager’s absence.
• Gradually take on operational responsibility for marketing and lead generation throughout the first year.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience as a working student in a startup or agency.
• A completed degree in business administration, marketing, or communications is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn as a marketing channel.
• Initial exposure to performance marketing, particularly with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
• Understanding of CRM workflows and newsletter tools.
• Comprehension of funnel logic and a data-driven approach to work.
• Strong language skills and brand awareness, with the ability to present data clearly in visual formats.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Nice to have: experience in event or trade show organization, B2B sales, or Webflow.
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI workflows.
• Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Professional communication abilities in English.
• Must be based in Germany.
