Junior Full Stack Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Categorize incoming messages based on their category, intent, urgency, and tone.

• Create contextual replies utilizing enrichment data.

• Establish and refine human approval checkpoints.

• Convert raw enrichment data into structured pre-call summaries.

• Develop backgrounds, pain hypotheses, discussion points, and rapport-building hooks.

• Sustain and enhance the vector database utilizing embeddings.

• Apply markdown-aware chunking techniques.

• Construct asynchronous ingestion workers and semantic search APIs.

• Process content from RSS feeds, social media, video platforms, and trending searches.

• Produce reports, forecasts, and content drafts.

• Operate independently on scheduled tasks.

• Expand the multi-agent system from design through auditing and generation.

• Maintain binary quality checkpoints with PASS/FAIL outcomes and citations.

• Support various content formats throughout the workflow.

• Enrich leads with product data and market intelligence.

• Develop AI scoring and qualification assessment systems.

• Generate automated audit documentation.

• Build and sustain operations integrated with Slack.

• Automate scheduling tasks.

• Triage and autonomously respond to emails.

• Enhance AI pipelines for client performance analytics.

• Improve RAG retrieval quality through re-ranking, chunking, and hybrid search.

• Implement tool use/function calling for real-time data access in LLM pipelines.

• Troubleshoot classification inaccuracies and enhance model precision.

• Optimize costs, latency, and performance of LLMs.

• Create dashboards for monitoring AI metrics and usage.

• Incorporate observability and tracing into AI pipelines.

• Broaden content quality systems to accommodate new formats and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with production LLMs, specifically Claude or OpenAI, deployed in operational systems.

• Familiarity with RAG systems, including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context management.

• Over 2 years of experience with TypeScript / Node.js.

• 2–3 years of experience in developing end-to-end production systems that encompass backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• Proficient in React, particularly in component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, including queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.

• Knowledge of REST, OAuth, and webhook API integrations.

• Experience with Linux servers, including SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments.

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker.

• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

• Strong plus: experience with multi-agent LLM systems and orchestration.

• Strong plus: expertise in Anthropic Claude, including prompt engineering, tool usage, and system prompts.

• Strong plus: experience with vector search and embeddings using pgvector, Pinecone, or equivalent technologies.

• Strong plus: development experience with Slack API and bots.

• Strong plus: familiarity with APIs from Meta, Google, or LinkedIn ad platforms.

• Strong plus: understanding of LLM observability, including cost tracking, tracing, and monitoring.

• Strong plus: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
