Data Analyst – Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze data from various projects and generate reports and dashboards.

• Establish and maintain databases.

• Integrate data from telephony, ticketing, and CRM systems.

• Extract, clean, and organize data through interfaces and exports.

• Create workflows and automated processes utilizing n8n, Make, or custom scripts.

• Automate recurring analyses, data reconciliations, and notifications.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and the IT team.

• Offer suggestions to streamline and expedite processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong numerical skills and the capability to verify key metrics.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.

• Skilled in handling CSV, JSON, XML, and Excel files.

• Experience with REST APIs.

• Programming knowledge, preferably in Python or JavaScript.

• Background in workflows or automation, preferably using n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase is an advantage.

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, business informatics, or statistics, or equivalent practical experience.

• Independent and organized work approach.

• Comprehensive documentation abilities and the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Native-level German or at least C1/C2 proficiency.

• Proficient in English.
