Junior Front-End Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deliver exceptional product experiences from initial concept to final production.

• Write clean, well-tested, and elegant code.

• Engage with all layers of the technology stack, from user interface to API and database.

• Incorporate Cursor and Claude Code into an AI-first development workflow.

• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas with actual patients and care teams.

• Develop reusable and well-structured patterns for scalability.

• Ensure that AI and automation behaviors are transparent, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Advocate for performance, accessibility, and reliability.

• Collaborate on debugging and optimization efforts.

• Document effective AI prompts, patterns, and workflows.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO.

• Construct software infrastructure that underpins telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript.

• Backend proficiency with tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST.

• Capability to work independently and manage entire projects or significant portions of the codebase.

• Preferred experience in developing paid products and services.

• Experience with React Native or Expo is advantageous.

• Strong verbal communication skills to convey technical challenges, limitations, and timelines.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, unstructured startup setting.

• Full-stack generalist who has successfully taken a product from inception to launch.
