This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate breakdown, maintenance, and repair cases independently during ongoing subscription operations.

• Collaborate closely with external damage-management and billing service providers to expedite repair approvals.

• Oversee the active fleet to ensure vehicles are restored to service promptly following technical failures.

• Address complex technical inquiries from workshops and customers.

• Deliver transparent, proactive, and customer-centric communication.

• Enhance fleet operations processes, aiming for simplicity, clarity, and increased digitization.

• Contribute to maintaining an outstanding customer experience amidst significant fleet growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector, such as automotive mechatronics technician, automotive salesperson, bodywork specialist, or a similar qualification.

• Proven experience in service assistance or workshop service consulting, involving direct interaction with customers and workshops.

• Strong knowledge of damage assessment, repair approvals, and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Excellent business-fluent German language skills at C1/C2 level.

• Proficient in English, with at least B1 level, for effective communication within an international team.

• Nice to have: initial practical experience with modern ticketing systems like Zendesk or Salesforce, or digital fleet management tools.

• Nice to have: experience working in a dynamic, agile environment or within a growing mobility or technology scale-up.
