Junior Financial Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Input and finalize customer details in financing proposals.

• Secure customers’ signatures on financing contracts.

• Offer assistance regarding inquiries about collateral substitution, rights assignment, TC amounts, and bank fees.

• Distribute financing tables upon request.

• Seek special promotional rates from banks to maintain competitiveness.

• Keep weekly reports that track the number of sales, approved and declined applications, and submissions to other banks.

• Verify customer documents requested by the credit department and send them to the payments team.

• Prepare and label document envelopes for shipment.

• Reevaluate applications that are pending or declined by the bank.

• Address process-flow and post-sale issues with end customers.

• Monitor and restock the dealership’s supply of financing agreement kits.

• Deliver registered agreements in the necessary jurisdictions.

• Maintain communication with sales representatives, managers, finance teams, directors, and dealership network owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Advanced education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience with automotive financing processes.

• Familiarity with interest rates and banking calculations.

• Comprehension of financial mathematics.

• Experience in customer service.

• Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to work 44 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday.
