Junior Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Perform operational reconciliation for the assigned channels

• Manage discrepancies and pending items from the reconciliation to ensure accurate accounting and transactional closure

• Support the operational definitions for new channels

• Ensure operations by identifying and managing risks

• Guarantee the reconciliation results

• Collaborate with the team and engage in the identification of risks and the implementation of effective controls in processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in administrative fields or related areas

• At least one year of experience in payment reconciliation processes or within the financial sector

• Experience in incident management

• Background in establishing new operational processes

• Knowledge in analyzing large datasets

• Proficiency in SQL (desirable)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Understanding of financial and accounting analysis

• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and operational payment reconciliations
