Junior Finance, Data & Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the organization-wide deployment and implementation of Salesforce.

• Assist in project management by tracking actions, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Aid in data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

• Engage in user acceptance testing, documenting results, issues, and follow-up actions.

• Help in the creation of reports and dashboards while maintaining system data.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners.

• Provide support for user training, documentation, and post-implementation activities.

• Assist in the implementation and integration of additional commercial and finance systems.

• Offer ongoing administrative support for Salesforce and other business systems.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of commercial and financial data, spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation.

• Conduct routine data uploads, updates, checks, and reconciliations.

• Manage user requests, system issues, and reporting requirements.

• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

• Follow up with stakeholders to gather information and resolve outstanding items.

• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within designated deadlines.

• Provide adaptable support to the Commercial Finance Director and broader team.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.

• Assist in automating repetitive reporting and administrative tasks.

• Lessen the administrative and operational burden on the Commercial Finance & FP&A team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.

• A keen interest in technology, business systems, and process improvement.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new software and systems.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, or ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or data visualization tools is desirable but not required.

• Basic understanding of financial reporting and business processes is a plus but not essential.

• Availability to overlap with UK business hours; working hours specified as 10:30–19:30 IST.
