• Create candidate profiles, market maps, research reports, executive search presentations, talent insights, and market intelligence reports.

• Monitor competitor hiring activities and organizational shifts within target industries.

• Maintain candidate and market intelligence data in recruiting systems and databases.

• Assist in candidate outreach and arrange introductory discussions as necessary.

• Uphold the confidentiality of candidate and executive search information.

• Contribute to special projects and research initiatives in executive talent acquisition.

• Monitor talent market trends, competitor hiring activities, and organizational changes within target industries.

• Ensure accurate candidate and market intelligence data is maintained within recruiting systems and databases.

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and identify suitable talent pools.

• Support candidate outreach initiatives and organize introductory conversations as necessary.

• Aid in the preparation of executive search presentations, talent insights, and market intelligence reports.

• Ensure confidentiality when managing candidate and executive search information.

• Contribute to special projects and research initiatives related to executive talent acquisition.

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
