Junior Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the registration and updating of assets within corporate systems.

• Evaluate and maintain master data for both linear and non-linear assets.

• Aid in the compilation of asset and technical inventories.

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of all registered information.

• Revise master data records for valves, manholes, and various infrastructure components.

• Generate and refresh reports, performance metrics, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

• Track performance indicators and facilitate analyses to aid decision-making.

• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

• Support initiatives for continuous improvement, process digitalization, and information integration.

• Assist with internal controls, documentation, audits, and administrative tasks within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.

• Proficient in data analysis and performance indicators.

• Experience in managing and processing databases.

• Background in controls, reporting, or support activities related to operations, engineering, or asset management.

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Experience in asset management is a plus.

• Familiarity with technical records or asset inventories is a plus.

• Understanding of the water and wastewater, infrastructure, or utilities sectors is a plus.

• Experience in creating dashboards and management performance indicators is a plus.

• Possess an analytical, data-driven mindset.
