Junior Digital Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement, modify, and validate tags and events using Google Tag Manager.

• Conduct tag quality assurance: confirm event triggering, parameters, and the dataLayer.

• Extract and structure data from GA4, Search Console, and other related tools.

• Develop and sustain performance dashboards and reports utilizing Looker Studio and Power BI.

• Assist in tracking audits and reconcile metrics across various data sources.

• Document the measurement plan along with the event dictionary.

• Aid in funnel analysis, user behavior studies, and channel attribution assessments.

• Collaborate with the CRO, Growth Marketing, and Media teams to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Hands-on experience (internship, trainee, or entry-level position) with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

• Fundamental understanding of the dataLayer and measurement events.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4: report exploration, events, and conversions.

• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager: tags, triggers, and variables.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Comprehension of dataLayer logic and measurement event flows.

• Experience in generating reports and dashboards.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data/Looker Studio, BigQuery, Google Search Console, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Fluent in Portuguese.

• Intermediate English proficiency for understanding technical documentation.

• Preferred/plus: certifications in Google or Adobe Analytics, knowledge of SQL, LGPD and consent management, advanced English, and experience in e-commerce or multi-brand operations.
