Junior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather, clean, and prepare extensive datasets from multiple sources.

• Conduct statistical analyses and derive actionable insights from healthcare information.

• Design and uphold dashboards, reports, and visual representations of data.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to establish data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation and upkeep practices.

• Develop and implement basic machine learning models to detect patterns and forecast outcomes.

• Construct and deploy deep learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions.

• Create predictive models and tools aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without future employer-sponsored work authorization needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a data-centric role, including internship experience.

• Proficient in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

• Knowledge of healthcare datasets or standards such as FHIR and ICD-10 is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• Must work physically within the United States; international work is not allowed during scheduled hours.

• Reliable internet connection and a secure, private workspace are required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or later, or macOS 14 Sonoma or later; Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones are not accepted.

• Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor for Windows, or Apple Silicon for Mac.

• 16 GB RAM is required.

• Wired headphones are necessary; built-in microphones are not allowed.

• Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps for download and 50 Mbps for upload are mandatory.

• An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the router.

• Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces is required.

• A webcam is necessary for video calls.
