Junior Customer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.

• Collaborate with housing companies and contacts within the real estate sector.

• Work alongside experienced colleagues to create tailored proposals and contractual solutions.

• Coordinate and address customer inquiries effectively.

• Partner with consulting, support, and project teams.

• Participate in client meetings and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification.

• Some experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a service-oriented setting.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for understanding customer needs and proposing effective solutions.

• A structured work style with the ability to handle multiple topics efficiently.

• Proficient communication skills in German.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP or familiarity with the housing sector, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge.
