This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Create innovative concepts to market the mobile application in alignment with the product strategy.
• Work collaboratively with UA, PMM, and UGC teams to pinpoint application features and benefits.
• Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, reviews, and social media to evaluate market best practices and identify potential users.
• Design advertisements for META, Google, and other advertising platforms.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions.
• Help organize product information, best practices, and research findings.
• Draft UGC briefs, assess results, and implement changes to enhance outcomes.
• Support in organizing photo and video shoots.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to rapidly test ideas.
• Entry-level experience as a creative producer in performance marketing; relevant experience in related fields may be considered if most key requirements are fulfilled.
• Experience in healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and assimilate significant amounts of information.
• Basic knowledge of target audiences and their needs.
• Capability to develop engaging and informative creative strategies and content.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in conducting various research types.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take on repetitive tasks, including information systematization.
• Strong ideation capabilities combined with structured and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with contemporary social media trends.
• Proficient in English (B2+ level).
• 6+ months of experience would be highly valued.
• Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
