Junior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Craft emails, SMS messages, and in-app notifications that encourage membership renewals, ranging from initial reminders to final offers.

• Collaborate with Membership Directors to create persuasive messaging for reoffers and downsells aimed at members contemplating cancellation.

• Transform member achievements, testimonials, and success stories into impactful proof points that bolster renewal campaigns.

• Assist in developing renewal lifecycle content, which includes one-pagers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, calls to action, and messaging strategies, utilizing outcomes to enhance future campaigns.

• Work alongside senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to ensure that the copy embodies Decentralized Masters and aligns with members' objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of copywriting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) with a portfolio demonstrating clear, persuasive writing - recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• A genuine passion for finance, blockchain technology, and the democratization of financial services (experience with crypto is advantageous, but not mandatory).

• Strong foundational writing skills - including grammar, clarity, and the ability to maintain tone across various formats (email, SMS, web).

• A strong desire to learn about retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting, along with curiosity about what influences customer loyalty.

• A collaborative spirit and receptiveness to feedback - you will collaborate closely with mentors and senior copywriters who will facilitate your rapid growth.

• Ability to juggle multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
