Junior Consultant – Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, Civil Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning of energy-efficient renovation projects for hotels in an office-based role.

• Independently develop building models and drafts as a foundation for energy assessments.

• Prepare funding applications, review submitted materials, and ensure their timely submission.

• Aid project managers in the organized execution of renovation projects within an office setting.

• Diligently and transparently document project procedures and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory: Training or a degree as an architectural draftsperson, civil engineering technician, architect, or civil engineer.

• Proficient in technical drawing or CAD software.

• Experience in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work in a technical setting.

• Preferred: Interest in sustainable construction and projects within the hospitality industry.
