Inside Sales – Civil Engineering and Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in consultative sales with inbound leads, comprehending each business's requirements and steering the process towards closure.

• Oversee and monitor leads throughout the sales funnel, assessing their needs and tracking performance metrics.

• Perform product demonstrations and follow up on submitted proposals.

• Assist the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from potential customers and identifying strategies to enhance conversion rates.

• Communicate with potential customers through WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels, conducting follow-ups to facilitate conversion.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet sales and revenue objectives.

• Utilize Vobi’s SaaS platform, designed to aid small and medium-sized construction firms in managing projects, worksites, and overall business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• An investigative and inquisitive mindset centered on problem-solving.

• Empathy to effectively understand and guide customers.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Previous experience in sales.

• Ability to function well within a team and adapt as responsibilities change.

• Experience in SaaS is an advantage.

• Background in the construction industry is preferred.

• Recent graduates demonstrating strong initiative, a sense of ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
