Junior Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist in compliance activities for commercial projects in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other relevant standards and frameworks.

• Engage in the implementation and upkeep of compliance processes and requirements within the project's scope.

• Aid in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, reports, and supporting materials.

• Gather, organize, and preserve evidence and documentation necessary for audits and client inquiries.

• Take part in audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.

• Help identify compliance gaps, non-conformities, and risks.

• Contribute to risk identification and documentation efforts.

• Maintain and systematize compliance-related records and documentation.

• Create materials for compliance awareness initiatives and training sessions.

• Collaborate with internal teams on tasks and requests related to compliance.

• Report identified issues and risks to senior team members as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion or progress towards higher education in Law, Finance, Information Security, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or similar domains.

• Basic knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.

• Understanding of fundamental compliance principles, audit processes, and documentation standards.

• Intermediate+ proficiency in English.

• Keen attention to detail and readiness to work with substantial volumes of documentation.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to structure information and spot inconsistencies.

• Organized and responsible work approach.

• Experience assisting internal or external audits is advantageous.

• Familiarity with risk management processes is beneficial.

• Knowledge of information security principles is a plus.

• Previous experience in IT or consulting environments is an advantage.
