📋 Description

• Oversee a specific portfolio of trade partners.

• Guarantee accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial operations.

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to address issues.

• Provide insights on performance metrics.

• Assist in process enhancement and automation projects.

• Track and report on KPIs, including billing accuracy and outstanding disputes.

• Monitor and report KPIs related to assigned partners and cases.

• Aid the manager in meeting financial objectives by concentrating on designated cases and operators.

• Contribute to audits, reconciliations, and reviews of internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar field.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above).

• Solid understanding of billing and invoicing methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP or finance systems.

• Experience collaborating with international clients or partners.

• Familiarity with electronic document management or e-invoicing.

• Previous experience in the Telco or IT sector is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power BI, YayPay, D365, or similar finance/automation software is advantageous.

• Experience managing billing disputes or invoice discrepancies is beneficial.

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is a plus.
