Junior Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dedicated portfolio of trade partners, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and prompt execution of financial operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to address issues and provide insights on performance metrics.

• Assist in process enhancement and automation efforts to improve efficiency and minimize manual interventions.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including billing accuracy and outstanding disputes.

• Monitor and report on KPIs for designated partners and cases, aiding the manager in meeting financial objectives.

• Participate in audits, reconciliations, and internal control evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Upper-Intermediate English (B2 or above).

• Solid understanding of billing and invoicing procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or finance software.

• Experience in working with international clients or partners.

• Familiarity with electronic document management or e-invoicing.
