This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee a specific portfolio of trade partners, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and prompt execution of financial operations.

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to address issues and provide insights on performance metrics.

• Assist in initiatives for process enhancement and automation to improve efficiency and minimize manual interventions.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including billing accuracy and unresolved disputes.

• Evaluate and report on KPIs related to assigned partners and cases, aiding the manager in meeting financial objectives.

• Participate in audits, reconciliations, and reviews of internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar field.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).

• Solid understanding of billing and invoicing processes.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or finance software.

• Experience collaborating with international clients or partners.

• Background in electronic document management or e-invoicing.
