This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dedicated portfolio of trade partners, ensuring precision, compliance, and prompt execution of financial operations.

• Partner with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to address issues and enhance visibility on performance metrics.

• Aid in process enhancement and automation initiatives to boost efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

• Track and report on KPIs, such as billing accuracy and outstanding disputes.

• Track and report on KPIs for designated partners and cases.

• Assist the manager in meeting financial objectives by concentrating on assigned cases and operators.

• Participate in audits, reconciliations, and internal control assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above).

• Solid understanding of billing and invoicing procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or finance software.

• Experience collaborating with international clients or partners.

• Familiarity with electronic document management or e-invoicing.

• Experience in the Telecommunications or IT sector.

• Knowledge of Power BI, YayPay, D365, or comparable finance/automation tools.

• Experience managing billing disputes or invoice discrepancies.

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
