Junior Area Account Manager – Switzerland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers and partners, providing guidance on selecting the best solutions.

• Serve as the representative of Brainlab to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders.

• Sustain the customer network through frequent on-site visits and active engagement in workshops and conferences.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams.

• Manage sales preparation and support tasks, focusing on quotation preparation, customer communication, and process coordination.

• Contribute to the entire sales cycle, emphasizing consulting, needs assessment, and solution presentations.

• Oversee tender management, which involves preparing and overseeing quotations, analyzing tenders, coordinating departments, managing timelines, and communicating with clients.

• Ensure a superior customer experience throughout all sales activities.

• A completed degree in business, engineering, or information technology.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, along with an independent and structured working style, and a strong customer orientation.

• Proven experience in selling capital equipment.

• Leadership experience is a plus.

• A strong interest in healthcare, medical technology, and innovation.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong presentation abilities.

• Native-level German and proficiency in both French and English.
