Junior Architectural Analyst – Affirmative Action Position for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create architectural projects in Revit throughout various phases (preliminary study, design development, and construction documentation), ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Assess client inquiries regarding the specifications and materials necessary for executing the services.

• Oversee project modifications and ensure alignment among different project disciplines.

• Conduct technical feasibility assessments for the evaluation and approval of process costs.

• Review and validate completed surveys and site measurements.

• Integrate the architectural design with other disciplines effectively.

• Assist construction, permitting, finance, and additional teams to guarantee project updates and system control.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Revit are essential.

• Experience with retail construction documentation is preferred.

• Familiarity with collaborative project development tools, such as ACC, is preferred.
