This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.
• Cultivate and enhance cooperative relationships with both existing and newly acquired partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies, to boost partner performance and engagement.
• Work alongside the sales team to identify, evaluate, and support growth opportunities in the designated territory, offering insights into market trends and partner requirements.
• Engage in follow-up communications with current and potential partners to deliver system training and improve understanding and use of the platform.
• Advocate for and promote the client’s brand within the travel trade industry through product presentations and participation in relevant networking events.
• Provide guidance on resolving incident-related issues impacting partners, ensuring effective support and timely communication among all parties involved.
• Manage payment-related procedures, including transaction verification and oversight, while suggesting enhancements to the accuracy and integrity of payment operations.
• Generate and submit regular detailed reports utilizing the client’s CRM and internal systems, offering analysis and insights on partner activities, market trends, and pertinent metrics.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in account or customer management, or in business development for B2B firms within the travel sector.
• Familiarity with the region's travel market, encompassing B2B travel networks such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
• Proficiency in English, as well as either Lithuanian, Latvian, or Polish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as necessary.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with a metrics-oriented mindset and proficiency with numbers.
• Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an enthusiasm for innovative technology and a comfort level in a rapidly changing business environment; a team player.
• Capability to understand and navigate a diverse range of cultural contexts that reflect ETG’s global footprint.
