Job File Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain, review, and audit job files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness from job initiation to final closure.

• Ensure that file documentation, photographs, estimates, and moisture logs meet the requirements and guidelines set by Third-Party Administrators.

• Timely update job management software for effective tracking, auditing, and status reporting.

• Act as a liaison among field technicians, management, property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.

• Address discrepancies in files and fulfill documentation requirements.

• Verify scope notes, line items, and audit requests.

• Aim to reduce rejections and expedite claim processing times.

• Oversee restoration job files from initial intake through to final billing by the carrier.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a SERVPRO Corporate Job File Coordinator, OR demonstrated experience as a Job File Coordinator in the Restoration Industry with direct interaction with TPAs.

• Comprehensive understanding of restoration terminology, claims processing, and standard workflow guidelines set by carriers.

• Proficient in restoration management software like Xactimate, DryBook, or equivalent systems.

• Skilled in using standard office productivity software.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
