Java Solutions Architect, AI – Sector Textil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Convert business needs into concrete, scalable AI solutions that make an impact

• Define the architecture and evolution of product solutions

• Coordinate the various teams involved until delivery

• Define, design, and evolve product solutions aligned with business objectives

• Translate functional requirements into viable technical proposals

• Rapidly iterate solutions using AI tools and experimental approaches

• Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams, ensuring focus, pace, and quality in delivery

• Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies between teams

• Act as a link between business, technology, and product

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and results orientation

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in defining, evolving, and managing digital products, particularly technological and AI solutions

• Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technological solutions that are viable, scalable, and impact-oriented

• Experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions, from conceptualization and prototyping to integration into products

• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with business, product, and technology stakeholders

• Strong technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments

• Knowledge of scalable architectures: APIs, microservices, and cloud-native

• Familiarity with agile methodologies

• Solid experience or background in Java backend development

• Practical experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to development, including development assistants, code generation, refactoring, rapid prototyping, experimentation, analysis, documentation, and ideation

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
