Java Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of platform functionalities within the Digital Core for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflows.

• Collaborate closely with the solution architect to establish and uphold solution and engineering best practices.

• Provide guidance to agile teams engaged in platform development.

• Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs throughout the Digital Operations platform.

• Offer technical expertise and suggestions for new software projects and initiatives.

• Conduct code reviews and test software for quality assurance.

• Engage in application architecture, design, and other phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Implement operational controls and procedures for transitioning processes from testing to production.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional experts to create effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Java software engineer with over 5 years of experience.

• Strong understanding of design patterns relevant to data streaming.

• Experience with Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tools is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, and Redux.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity and Jenkins.

• Proficient with Git, GitHub, and GitLab.

• Knowledge of Docker/containerization technologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience in an agile SDLC within a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Understanding of post-trade processing in major financial institutions is a plus.
