Java Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support Java-based applications utilizing Spring Boot and associated technologies.

• Collaborate with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases to guarantee effective data storage and retrieval.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, and security measures.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with industry best practices.

• Efficiently diagnose and resolve issues in production environments.

• Remain informed about new Java technologies and industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Java development.

• Proficient in Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.

• Experience in building and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks.

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

• Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in frontend development is a plus.
