Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain secure, highly scalable Java-based applications and microservices for FyerX's automated engines and internal operations.

• Create and implement high-performance RESTful APIs that connect front-end interfaces, AI-driven backend infrastructure, and external enterprise services.

• Manage, model, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

• Collaborate with front-end engineers, DevOps specialists, and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks while enhancing workflows.

• Ensure alignment of complex backend logic with commercial objectives.

• Implement software security measures.

• Oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Develop thorough unit tests utilizing JUnit and Mockito.

• Perform regular performance tuning to maintain application stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java development.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating scalable enterprise applications, microservices architecture, and substantial backend system integrations.

• A proven history of building, testing, and deploying secure, high-volume server-side systems.

• Advanced expertise in Java 8 or higher.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate.

• In-depth knowledge of database architecture, schema design, data modeling, and advanced query optimization in both SQL and NoSQL environments.

• Practical experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Proficiency with Git, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, modular, scalable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple enterprise development projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Capacity to effectively coordinate with remote technical teams.

• Previous experience with tech firms, marketing agencies, or enterprise platform integrations and event-driven data pipelines is a plus.
