This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Become a part of the development team, taking charge of development tasks for each Sprint.
• Engage in various software development activities, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, programming, configuration management, testing, and deployment.
• Emphasize the quality and maintainability of a robust, scalable product utilized daily by thousands of users.
• Oversee your own workload and promptly communicate any delays or obstacles to the team.
• Design and integrate financial systems, microservices, APIs, messaging solutions, and Java Web applications.
• Apply continuous integration and delivery, DevOps practices, automated testing, refactoring, and transitioning from monolithic systems to microservices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field in Information Technology.
• Alternatively, a completed undergraduate degree in any discipline with a focus on Information Technology.
• Familiarity with financial systems development.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus, and Azure DevOps Services.
• Experience with ClearCase, SVN, and Git.
• Understanding of requirements analysis, design patterns, enterprise systems integration, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, relational modeling, MVC, REST, SOA, EJB, JMS, and Web services.
• Knowledgeable in Java, JEE, JSE, Java 8+, MicroProfile, Spring, JSF, JPA, Struts, and Quarkus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, ECMAScript, Ajax, jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, ASP, and .NET.
• Understanding of software testing and test automation tools such as JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and JMeter.
• Proficient in Linux, SonarQube, SQL, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant, and Apache Maven.
• Skills in MUMPS, Caché, OpenVMS/Linux, Delphi, Enterprise PowerBuilder, and UNIX-like environments.
• Desirable experience with CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series, SOAP, and APIs.
• Experience with ISO 8583, financial technologies (J/XFS), payment devices, and cryptography.
• Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer, CSD, and PSD.
