Japanese Voice Actor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a prominent AI laboratory to enhance its AI model's capacity to manage and generate audio data.

• Record and submit audio for a short-term project expected to last approximately 1–2 weeks.

• Participate in a kickoff meeting.

• Accurately record transcripts as they are written or modify them to capture a more natural flow.

• Dedicate 2–10 hours per week throughout the project's duration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in Voice Acting is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be a native of Japan.

• Proficient in English.

• Availability to commit between 2-10 hours per week for the project's duration.

• Must be available for a kickoff meeting.

• Capable of delivering a “customer service” voice—maintaining a neutral to upbeat tone with clear enunciation and steady pacing.

• Strong attention to detail regarding punctuation, commas, and dashes.

• Skill in recording transcripts precisely as written or adjusting them to reflect a more natural rhythm.

• Possess a professional audio recording setup, which includes a home studio equipped with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post-production.
