📋 Description

• Create, prepare, and present executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in various formats, including dashboards, written summaries, and presentations, to assist leadership in decision-making.

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various IT systems and sources, including ITSM tools, to generate accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

• Convert complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured, and comprehensible communication for executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.

• Promote transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives.

• Facilitate and enable IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency.

• Ensure consistent visibility into IT initiatives, operational activities, and service performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education.

• ITIL Foundation Certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

• Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments.

• Significant familiarity with Epic EHR/Environments.
