ITSM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the central Service Delivery backlog.

• Assist in the review and management of the CMDB roadmap to enhance the infrastructure’s ITIL processes.

• Direct strategic governance of the CMDB.

• Develop and implement CMDB dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Coordinate and manage service delivery.

• Drive tool enhancements, particularly focusing on ServiceNow and Tanium Discovery.

• Create processes and operating procedures.

• Establish a service line dedicated to gathering requirements and feedback.

• Define, launch, and oversee ITOM POCs for specific use cases and scopes.

• Perform gap assessments against other tools.

• Formulate the strategy and cost estimates for POCs.

• Collaborate with the Sales team and Technical Management to identify appropriate client contexts and projects.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and organize as well as facilitate meetups and internal training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical and functional interests.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Proficient in tracking action plans, facilitating workshops, and documenting processes.

• Proficiency in English adequate for working on international projects.

• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.

• Experience with CMDBs and their roadmaps.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Tanium Discovery.

• Competence in CMDB dashboarding and reporting.

• Background in process automation and optimization.

• Experience in scoping and managing ITOM POCs.

• Skills in Capabilities & Maturity assessments and gap analysis.

• Proficient in ROI analysis, strategy formulation, and POC costing.
