This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Make outbound calls to Italian companies in sectors pertinent to ongoing claims initiatives.
• Present unilegion and articulate relevant projects in a clear, professional, and compliant manner.
• Identify suitable businesses, comprehend their circumstances, and evaluate their interest level.
• Clarify participation models, processes, and next steps without making unsupported promises regarding eligibility, claim value, or outcomes.
• Follow up with interested businesses via phone and email.
• Assist prospects throughout the registration, contract review, and document collection process.
• Address initial inquiries and refer legal or complex questions to the appropriate internal contact.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Accurately document conversation minutes, follow-ups, and next steps in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback, recurring objections, and relevant insights from Italian businesses to the project team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners on legal, technical, and case-specific inquiries.
• Native-level proficiency in Italian with outstanding spoken and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, customer acquisition, or account management, preferably in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
• Capability to convey complex topics in a simple and persuasive manner.
• Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
• Professional, reliable, and service-oriented communication approach.
• Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection and prolonged decision-making processes.
• Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
• Ability to communicate in English with an international team.
• Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours.
