Italian Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Diagnose technical problems and provide customers with step-by-step solutions.

• Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.

• Advocate for upgrades and additional solutions when suitable.

• Address inquiries related to accounts, billing, and services.

• Refer complex technical issues to higher-level support when needed.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Italian and English (minimum C2 level).

• Prior experience in sales is essential.

• Background in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is beneficial.

• Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable with digital tools and technology.

• Customer-focused, driven by targets, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, in 8-hour shifts.
