Italian Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accurately process multiple payrolls for clients in a timely and efficient manner.

• Analyze payroll-related data to guarantee proper fund distribution and payroll accuracy.

• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to ensure effective knowledge transfers from Project Delivery to Operations.

• Provide support for parallel runs when testing is required for new requirements.

• Reconcile pre-processing reports to verify information accuracy prior to payroll processing.

• Investigate discrepancies in payroll information and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.

• Ensure precise payroll execution and timely employee salary payments in accordance with client SLAs and expectations.

• Maintain payroll information, files, and records for current reference and compliance audit trails.

• Assist in validating payroll requirements and ensuring that clients supply adequate information for setup and configuration.

• Work in conjunction with global payroll operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Italian legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting.

• Proficient in related payroll software as well as MS Office – Excel and Word.

• Experience with Zucchetti would be advantageous.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.

• Proactive in planning and organizing personal workload.

• Proficient in both Italian and English languages.
