This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous enhancement of learning initiatives that facilitate RWS’ transition from on-premises infrastructure to Cloud-based platforms.
• Organize and schedule Cloud-related training across various workstreams, technologies, and stakeholder groups.
• Evaluate training requirements and validate learning proposals against business and programme needs.
• Supervise the delivery of training by third-party training providers.
• Track learner participation, completion, and adoption metrics, actively promoting engagement and training completion.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and completion rates, implementing ongoing improvements.
• Relay training plans, progress, risks, outcomes, and key metrics to programme stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure that learning content is well-maintained, accessible, and effectively managed through the organization's learning platform.
• Create a sustainable long-term learning strategy for business-as-usual operations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Learning & Development, training, or capability-building programmes within complex organizational or technology transformation settings.
• Strong grasp of learning design, training delivery, learner engagement, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and stakeholders within large-scale programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing external vendors and training providers, including performance and contract oversight.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking, interpreting, and reporting on learning metrics and outcomes.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms, especially AWS and/or Google Cloud (desirable).
• Experience in supporting digital transformation, technology adoption, or organizational change initiatives (desirable).
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, or an equivalent qualification (desirable).
