• A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed working style.

• A willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, technologies, and subjects.

• Enjoyment in contributing your ideas and taking responsibility for their implementation.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in an accessible manner to non-technical colleagues.

• Professional experience is a plus. What matters most is that you possess practical experience in software development, can quickly grasp technical concepts, and have a desire for continuous growth.
