This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance for projects as well as operational challenges and incidents.

• Perform technical research and analysis, acting as a resource for proposing solutions.

• Implement and sustain both software and manual as well as automated processes.

• Provide training for users.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Create technical documentation to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.

• Assist practitioners in adhering to the unit’s processes and utilizing its tools and systems.

• Deliver user support and assistance for IT applications, which includes installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management.

• Ensure IT equipment remains operational, particularly by managing server administration.

• Act as a technical collaborator, providing discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives, and processes.

• Investigate and analyze processes, information management, and data processing.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and aid in developing and refining methods and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Alternative qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Advanced English skills are necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities or work tools, or because the role involves interaction with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.

• High decision-making quality.

• Ability to adapt to various situations.
